I don't know if I am leaving this in the right place but I'm going to give it a shot.

One of my friends just had a baby boy and she named him Dreagon. Now she thought that this was a name that her husband had made up seeing as she could not find any reference to the spelling in any book. Well, over the last few weeks people have been criticizing her for naming her child that because they say that the name means "Devil." She has looked (as have I) and the only thing that we can find that is close to that spelling is on a Chinese site. However, they dont give meaning to the word, it is just the symbol for "Dreagon" Does anyone know if there is a chance that the name could mean the same as Dragon but with another variety of spelling?
She is just sick inside that people are telling her that her sons name is devil. That is not what she had intented. If anyone can find meeing to this name PLEASE let me know.

My cousins name is Draigon, which means dragon. I'm fairly sure Dreagon is just a variation of the spelling.
