My sister had babies just hours ago and she is stumped on what to name them. She really needs to find something soon, obviously. The two baby girls are in the room with me, one in the arms of my mother, who wants to name one Gabbrielle and the other one Abigail, and the other in the arms of my older sister(the mommy)with her husband looking over her shoulder. My sister likes:

Katelynn and Kaaliyah
Jamicee and Juniper
Winsome and Wynslow

Those names are a little too bizzarr for me. I like:

Mary-Jane and Marie-Elizebeth
Dannielle and Michealine
Makaela and Makenzy
Sysilee and Emalee

Her husband doesn't really have a say so. Do you have any suggestions for us? Thanks.

I'd recommend not to name them too alike. Also, it's not good to give a child a name which is too complicated and bizarre. Good idea - in my opinion - is to give them names with similar meanings. I like original names, but not made-up ones. What about:
Faith and Grace
Thea and Elysia
Hannah and Grace
Stella and Elanor
Tara and Roxana
Lucy and Elora
Claire and Riley
Avis and Aderyn
Poet and Lyric
Enid and Zoe
Carys and Aimee
etc.

Makaela and Katelynn sounds really nice to me!
