I'm not trying to be mean-just helpful-and I think that giving a girl a traditional boy's name could be a problem. I'm a teacher and have seen it happen (also for boys with girl's names). You can still honor the person and use their name as your daughter's middle name-that way she could decide how she wanted to use it. Jessa Michael Rose is really pretty. Anyway-just a thought.

Use Michael as her middle name. Put it with something feminime like Emily or Emaline.
