Winnifred sounds kind of "stuffy" to me... Plus, if you chose to call her Winni she will be tormented with "Winni the Pooh" jokes for her entire life. But Freddy is an adorable nickname! You should name her Fredrika! It's a beautiful and sort of "spicy" name, plus kids love gender-bender nicknames like Charlie for Charline and Jackie for Jackelynn so I'm sure she'll love being called Freddy for Fredrika.
