My husband likes Finley, I think it is a little nerdy. Can Finn stand alone as a first name? Does it sound funny with the last name Ellers?

I don't think that Finley's too nerdy! In fact, I don't think that it's nerdy at all--but maybe that's just me. I think it's cute, and memorable, and Finn is completely perfect for a nickname, although it COULD work alone if you are really against Finley. Is the name for a girl or a boy (I'm guessing a girl, but you can never really tell!)?

what about Fynn or Finch? It's not that it's nerdy its sounds very fairy tailish....just my opionon.
