I think Eliana is a beautiful name.. although I am not crazy about the middle name Liberty, it doesnot flow that well in my opinion.. but if that is what you want by all means use it.. Since you have the relatively uncommon choice of Eliana you can placate your hubby with a more traditional (not necessarily common) name. Some suggestions:
Eliana Kamille
Eliana Sierra
Eliana Monique
Eliana Selene

I love Eliana - very pretty, and it sounds good with Andrew.

Not so sure about Liberty - but if you like it, go for it!
