I'm almost eight months pregnant with my first child, a baby girl, and I've narrowed my list down to... three names, I think, or more, I suppose I'll know once I check my list (I keep it on the fridge, lol!) and write them down here. One of my friends suggested that I check this site, and so here I am, I'd like to know people's opinions, thanks!

The names are (first then middle):

Desiree Jane
Juliet Rose
Zinnia Kaitlyn
Violet Amelia
Isabella (I'm not sure on the middle name for this one, or the following two)
Alice
Katrina

Jasper (I don't know a middle name, I just think this name is so cute!)

Desiree Jane- Desiree is cute, Jane is kinda eh in comparison. May sound ok with your last name though
Juliet Rose- ok
Zinnia Kaitlyn - Two very strong names kind of flows awkwardly, but I love Zinnia instead of Kaitlyn as a fn.
Violet Amelia- cute all around
Isabella- pretty
Alice- too fairy tale-ish
Katrina- name is ok, bad association for me personally with Hurricane Katrina
Matthias Christopher- flow is off, but Matthias is just old sounding in general
Daniel James- ok
Lucas Avery- like it better flipped, but ok in this order
Oliver Edward- olive names are icky, and the r's kinda knock off the flow
Jasper - not so great place in Texas, but nothing wrong with the name in general

Like Violet and Oliver!

Here's my opinions...

Desiree Jane - reminds me of a mind reader
Juliet Rose - sounds pretty
Zinnia Kaitlyn - don't like this one, I just keep thinking about the flower.
Violet Amelia - even though this one is a flower too, I love the name
Isabella - way too common
Alice - Too old
Katrina - nice name, neat nick name Kat



Matthias Christopher - sounds like a body builder's name
Daniel James - nice, but not my favorite
Lucas Avery - Lucas is great, but I always think of Avery as a girls name
Oliver Edward - Oliver is coming back now, I know at least two little Olivers. It's ok
Jasper - reminds me of Casper the friendly ghost

Desiree Jane - I don't like Desiree, but Jane is a cute middle name and one i've considered myself
Juliet Rose - Very sweet sounding
Zinnia Kaitlyn - Huh?
Violet Amelia - I love the name Violet, but Amelia isn't a fav of mine. Violet is becoming uber popular though because of Ben Aflek and Jennifer Garner's daughter
Isabella - not another one! My daughter's name is Isabelle. We've always called her Belle which is charming, but I thought I was actually being fairly uncommon 8 yrs. ago - Surprise! Now it's on the top five list every year
Alice - Reminds me of the Mel's Diner waitress. Remember that t.v. show, "Alice"?
Katrina - never liked this one

Matthias Christopher - Too much
Daniel James - not original enough, very ordinary
Lucas Avery - Like it alot, but have you ever considered Lucias instead which means light?
Oliver Edward - My daughter is Olivia and I know an Oliver. Nice name
Jasper - It's different. I wouldn't name my own son it, but it has a nice ring to it. It's hard to come up with a middle name without knowing your last. I'm anal about names. It all has to go together

i like the name Juliet Rose it sounds very pretty and girly
