I like strong names for girls, my daughter's name is Morgann. One of the reasons I added the extra n was to make it more feminine and both our names end in Ann. I think Elliot is fine for a girl and I like the Spelling Elliette, Ellie for short.
Personally I am not a fan of names like Emily and Kylie, they are just to cutesy for my taste. Not that there is anything wrong with those names, they are just not my style.

I actually know of a girl named Elliott! I think it suits her very well because it's so unique for a girl. I think if paired with the right middle name it can be very pretty. I really like Elliott Marie or Elliott Rose.
