Shilah is actually of Native American origin. It actually means "brother" and is a baby boy's name. I say that only if you are concerned with meaning. Nova is a Native American name as well, but it is a girl's name and it means "chases butterflies". Who can find fault with a name like that?

I don't care for the boy's names you've chosen, but then, that's just me. I do however think you did a great job with your first child. Take your time. You just found out. His/her name will come to you, and you will just know.
