My little cousin is getting a name change.
Her name was Precious....
Now they're changing it to Penelope Adrianne

ugh, much better. First off, I was expecting her to turn out being a brat. and second of, does "myyyyy Preciousssss" sound familiar?

Fair enough, children are precious but she would of got bullied..
imagine her 80 years old called Precious? lol...

All children are miracles and precious so there isn't really a reason to name them that, and...you've never seen lord of the ring? It's like naming your child Clarice when Hannibal Lecter is popular movie around.

and yes, Precious is actually that bad, have you any idea (aside for the fact that it's not a name) how popular that movie is? Everywhere she goes she'll hear "myyyy preciooouuuuussss" with snickers following her. Heck, I did it when I first read her name on her birth card, we had fun with it for days after (I think it was to hide the shock and sadness)
