Not to be a downer but all i can think of when i see the name Fiona is the movie Shreck but that may not bother you.

Phoebe- the name is ok, just nms. the Friends relationship is a little strong for me
Quincy- I just don't like this name, it seems so dorky to me, no offense, but the style fits with the other two
Fiona- I love it in spite of the Shrek association, but I LOVE SHREK!

My friend named her daughter PHOEBE JEWEL, and when she first told me that I wasnt a huge fan....but now, she is the most beautiful little girl and I love it.

FIONA reminds us all of SHREK, but she was a beautiful princess at first. Not to mention everyone feels more than comfortable naming their kids BELLE (beauty and the beast), ARIEL (lil mermaid),
AURORA (sleeping beauty) , NALA (lion king), GISELLE (enchanted)and
I could go on and on....

and my little sister use to do beauty pageants and there was this gorgeous girl named QUINCY that won two years in a row, and there was nothing dorky about her......

I like all of them. Fiona is my fave tho.
