Tee (User) Junior Boarder Posts: 104   "Elle" By Tee 3 Months, 1 Week Ago I've always loved Elle ... although it is either a shortened or NN for some names (viz. Elle Macpherson - Australian Supermodel - she was named Eleanor Nancy Gow!). I know there is a Member on here "elle.80" and her name is Ellise (love it!) I am not pregnant but we are trying. If we have a girl I really want a name that I can shorten to Elle. A 3-plus syllable. I know Elmarie and Elianna but would like to hear of slightly more unique names (preferably English!) Thanks! I like Elena or Ellayna and Ellisa .. and also the names you mentioned like Ellmarie and Elianna. (I also like the name Elle) I don't think there are many more, but there ARE names you can hyphenate ... I can only go with susieqzee & jayzz re Elayna, Elianna and Ellemarie (my fave) and also the hyphenated names which would be 'different' and are pretty.
