I was reading out birth notices from the newspaper to my fiance the other day, asking which names he liked.
I read the name Ella Rose, and he thought it was just the one name, rather than a first and middle name, and said he loved it as one name. It has really started growing on my as well.

So I'm not sure how you would spell it, but what do you think of Ellarose?
