I would say if you absolutely love the name use it. If they can not say it correctly and never will be able to maybe you could come up with a nick name that you do like that they can call her that doesnt leave the name you love being butchered every time that you hear the family say it.

i have a friend with a rediculously hard name to pronounce unoless you have a rediculously welsh accent, her name is Myfanwy(pron. muvan-oi) she found it really hard intraducing herself as she knew she'd have to spend half an hour explaining how to say her name, shealso cringes every time someone says it wrong, she now goes by her initials MEG.
Although it will only be a few family members that will find it hard to pronounce her name, and i'm sure the more they say it the easier it will become for them to say it.
i agree with phoebe to use it as a middle name, and then chose what name to go by with different people.
