my name is actually not hawaiian, or greek contrary to popular belief, my name is actually derived from the norwegian Kaija, which means pure of heart. It was apparently a very popular name in norway for quite a number of years.

As for origin I'm not overly concerned with where it came from, since my mother's name has a different origin than mine, and a different meaning.

I'm just pretty much trying to find a k name, I've looked at a number of sites, and I have a small list but I have to see what hubby says first.
