my kids have 2 middle names. i think its great. since they have short first and last names, the two middle names make it sound more complete.

I don't think it is weird or stupid to have two middle names. Well it is just a personal preference. Some people have even more than two middle names. The kids might find their names more personal and unique to themselves too. Well if they don't like their middle names, they could always have nicknames to go by.

Go for it, giving two middle names to your babies is definitely not weird or stupid.

Everyone in my family, all the way back as far as anyone can remember, has two middle names.

I have two middle names and i love it, i think that it's nice written and said. Obviously you won't use your mn's in day to day activities but its just knowing that you have a beautifully long name. Especially having such a short fn, I find my mn's make my name fuller. Which is why I love my name.
Haven't really felt the need to give my children 2 mn's though. I struggle to think of one mn let alone 2!

Just don't go overboard...I am a teacher and there is a kid in my class with (get this) 4 middle names! No joke! LOL! They are 3 and 4 syllable names, too. Poor kid. I know you were not going to do this. I just thought it was too funny not to share.
