I don't think a person necessarily started it. Lots of other names are made up too, not JUST Nevaeh. I happen to think it's a really pretty name, and I think that anyone, anyday, could flip a name around and not become famous for it. Take these made up names for example:

Ashlyn
Ashtyn
Gracelyn
Kaden

It's usually pronounced Nuh-vye-uh.

i never new Ashtyn and Kaden were made up names i just thought Ashtyn was a varient of Ashton, as in Ashton Kutcher but obviously not and Kaden i dunno i just didnt think it was made up. but hey, shows what i know
back to the sujest (lol) i dont know who "came up" with it but i really dont like it at all. its not how it sounds, its more the idea of heaven backwards, i dunno i just dont like it. i think its pronounce Nuh-Vay-Uh but i dunno.
