Mia as a nickname?
By stacy 1 Month, 2 Weeks Ago
I absolutelly love the name Mia, but my hubby thinks that it is too short to be a real name. So i wa wondering if there are any names that would use Mia as a nickname. Any suggestions would help.

Most searches I tried came up with Maria. Also saw Amelia and Melissa. As someone raised going by my middle name, I recommend you name them what you want to call them. It makes things much simpler as they get older.

We are going to call our baby Evee if it is a girl, and her name will be Kayla Eve. You could use Mia as a middle name, or do something like Mia Rose or something like that. How many syllables does your last name have? And what does it start with? I was Caley Yvonne before I got married, and I hated the two Y sounds stuck together like that. Anyway, good luck!
