I have a friend who is a huge fan of the show One Tree Hill and has a son named Nathan Lucas afte the characters of the show and a daughter Brooklyn Hailey after the chatacters and about to have another little girl who she wants to name Peyton Elizabeth again after the charcters on the show.Do you think that she is too obsessed for naming all of her kids after the poeple on the show.Would/did any of you name your kids after charcters of your favorite book or T.V show.

Hmm....not really I guess, I've considered naming my children after people in the Bible...

I like the name Rosalie from the Twilight books but thats the only name from a book or tv show i might use oh wait i like Aurora & Ariel as well

I named my daughter Jazzi Sarah after Sarah in "The Little Princess" That was my favorite book of all time as a child. And even as an adult. Though it's hard to say if I really named her after that character or because of that character I fell in love with the name Sarah.

I named my son after Ashton Kutcher (he is so funny in that 70's show)

I dont know if i would consider that obssessed per say. . .maybe a little over zealous but hey the names are fantasic together and she loves then so why not? One of my friends named her daughter Tanda after a character in a science fiction novel she loves.
