Hey guys! I'm brand new, and I joined because I'm in quite a predicament. My sister gave me the honor of choosing my new niece's or nephew's name! This is a huge thing for me considering I adore names and I have zero interest in having kids, so this is my opportunity to be able to name a brand new little person. It is important for me for the name to be unique and yet still mean something. I love classic names, but I also like them with a twist and some of the new names that have a classic sound. Literary references are also something I definately lean toward. I have it narrowed down to a list that I'm trying to put together into combinations. I think it is going to be a girl, and I was right on the last two, a girl and a boy, even though the doctor told her that the 2nd would be a girl. The siblings names are Shirlee "Lee" Makenna Stiel (pronounced Steel) and Oliver Nikolai Stiel. Their last name rules out a lot of names, including one of my favorite middle names, Blue, because, hello Zoolander references. I would like to use Gee as a middle name if it sounds okay, it was my Grandmother's maiden name.

I think that Ophelia Gee Stiel is a cute and unique name.For a boy I like Lois Gee or Jasper Gee.I think the middle name Gee goes well with all the names so if you really want to give them that for a middle name it will work with all the first names.I love all your names.I hope you find the right name to fit your little niece or nephew
