By Yiannismommi 3 Years, 11 Months Ago OK...here's what I came up with...there could be a few origins... The Chinese have a name Voncile, but I was unable to find a meaning. It could also be derived from the name Vonda or Vonzell meaning true image, or a combination of Vonda and Cecille, which ironicly means blind. Von Cille is a German last name.
