I have really bad back pains (in my lower back) i cant sleep on my back and i have to swap and change sides cos if i stay in the one stop for to long my back hurts and if i sit to much or stand to long its like my back its gonna snap even doing the shopping has become a effort.


Is there anything i can do to help releave the pain?

When my sister was pregnant she would come home and soak in a warm bath with bath salts for a long time. You could try that. It helped her.

This happend to me in my pregnancy, cos my girl was quite big or awkwardly positioned, one of the discs in my spine slipped outta place!! so all the bones and everything was pushing on the nerves in my back making it painful to sit/stand too long and it carried on til my daughter was 2 before i said anything....

I'd get it chacked out it could be your baby has shifted and is pinching your siatic(?spelling) nerve. This happened to a friend of mine. Granted there's not much they can do for you, but at least you'll have an answer. For her they suggested tylenol, hot baths and sleeping with a massaging heating pad. Maybe it'll help for you.

baths don't work it made it worse the other day

and my baby is really active so its possible she for ever moving her position ill talk to the midwives today when im there

i walked to my midwife and tomorrow i gotta go see a physio about my back
