Re:18 and g/f pregnant any advice will help!! By MummaMac 2 Years, 6 Months Ago At the least if you don't want to be with her help look after your child because it's not the fathers right to just leave. Two people made this baby and you need to help raise the child.

Re:18 and g/f pregnant any advice will help!! By Brandi*Nicole 2 Years, 6 Months Ago I'm 19 and due august 13th. my bf was 17 when we found out and has since turned 18. something he's had the hardest time with is trying to understand how exactly i feel at times. in turn i have to remember he's not the one whos pregnant so i cant expect him to get it. for him and you alike life hasnt really been too altered yet. you know youve got a baby on the way and you already care for it and youre excited, but when a woman finds out shes pregnant the maternal gene kicks in right then and her perspective on just about everything changes. that will happen to you, when you see the baby, no sooner. and no matter how much you may think you feel the shift in your life perspectives already you wont fully understand until you actually see and hold your baby. basically right now there is proof with a pregnancy test and ultra sounds, what your gf tells you she feels, seeing her stomach grow, and even feeling the baby move...but your brain wont make that transition until the baby is there for you to see and hold. with the girl because of the hormone changes and feeling the baby from the inside (you cant possibly imagine how that feels) and the various other changes its very real from day one. this 9 month long period in which the two of you have different life perspectives will test the relationship, but its very doable. just keep the communication open. she needs to do her best to realize you arent the pregnant one, and you need to do your best to respect and understand that she is...which entails a lot more than you could ever imagine.
