Hi! I posted earlier (15 and pregnant) and I have a few questions I wanted to ask. The first is about my mother, who is bipolar and has severe depression. She's been in and out of treatment hospitals since I was 11 and recently took too much of her depression meds and ended up in the hospital. I've lived with my dad since I was 14 but I still visit my mom a lot. She says she really wants to be a part of the twins life and be near them, but I'm really not so sure.
Is it immature of me to be keeping my children from my mom, even if she is a little unstable?

U definitly need to take them to see ur mom. If u didn't that would probably make her even worse! Just do not leave the twins alone in there with her, also have someone else to come a long with u in case something did happen. Good Luck to u!

You need to do what you feel is best for your children and no one else. You are the Mom, you decide what is best. They can wait to see her until you think they are ready.
