How far along do I have to be for a (dollar store) home pregnancy test to be accurate???

I have always taken one the first day of my missed period, and it showed a very faint positive when I've been pregnant. Or you can try the next morning, first morning urine- and it may show positive if you are.

The ones I bought said any day after your 1st missed period day.

that's cuz after the second missed period yoou kinda know that something is up. sorry i thought that a lil humor could be used.

Now to the OP: Usually after you have already missed your period. But if you want it to be more accurate you can always go else where, like walmart and buy one that can show results as early as five days before your missed period. They've never been wrong for me, and I have always found out before I even miss my period. But that's if you wanna pay a little more to have a more accurate reading.
