You might be right Omen, but it wasn't for my daughter. She had an ultrasound at 3 weeks 6 days and internally they found no sac, when she was exactly 5 weeks they spotted it with the internal prob. That's how it worked for her. She was nursing when she got pregnant and had no idea how far along she was. She was experiencing some symptoms so when the baby didn't show up on the first ultrasound they kept having her get blood work done and were afraid it was a tubal pregnancy or a death. When all said and done they told us she was too early to see the baby. Now she is showing on the outside and she will be 12 weeks in two days.
