Re:cant deciede what crib and stuff to buy! By amp730 5 Months Ago What mammal besides humans thinks it ok to put our babies in a cage alone? NONE We are the only ones who cage our young.
Spend the money on yourself or a new mattress for the two of you to share. You will both be well rested and happier! Trust me I tried both ways, NOTHING compares to co-sleeping.

By kels 5 Months Ago amp730, if you mean 4 them to sleep in the same bed, together, you are telling this girl to do something bad. if you sleep in the same bed as your child you can roll over and smother them and they can soffocate. it is very dangerous!
Chelly, personally i like your's better, but it is more expensive. maybe you could find one like it 4 less.

Re:cant deciede what crib and stuff to buy! By happy2bme 5 Months Ago We have the crib that converts to a toddler bed and then a full size bed. We like it alot. Our son slept in the bed with us until he was 7 months old. Then he wanted his own space, so I weaned him out of our bed and into his own bed in his room. It worked out good that way, especially because I was breastfeeding and did not have to get out of bed. We moved him out with little trouble- I do know some who have alot of trouble getting their kids out of their bed, and my sister-in-law is expecting their second baby next month and her 19 month old is still in their bed. So I think it is just up to you whether or not your baby sleeps with you or in her own crib. I don't think there is a right or wrong about it- whatever works for you. But to answer your question, I would compromise and go with a different bed and a princess style bedding and decorations. There are so many styles of bedding to choose from. My friend did this, and she hung a canopy over the crib with a beautiful pink and sage green bedding set and had a picture of a castle on the wall. She put her daughter's first and middle name on each side of the canopy in decorative letters. It was really pretty.
