so i am 22 weeks pregnant with my twins Felix and Alegra ( you probably all knew that) but i have been having these weird pains in my lower abdomen kind of a little like mild period pain.. nothing particularly bad just uncomfortable and i will be 1-3 of them and then they will go away for a while and then come back. it happened about a week ago and then stopped because i kind of put myself on bed rest ( thats my reasoning anyway) well now it has started again, should i see my doctor or is it nothing??

It is probably the ligaments pulling just a bit. I would ask your dr. on your next visit unless it gets worse or is accompanied by other symptoms like bleeding, fluid gushes, or actual contractions.

I had pains like that throughout all 3 of my pregnancies. Bexie_08 is probably right. But you may want to check with your doctor just to be safe. You can never be too careful! Take care and congratulations!

It's problably nothing, but when in doubt call your doctor. That's what they are there for.
