14 Days after your period is when most women ovulate. So u can begin around day 12, and then skip a day and do it on day 14, and so on. Thanks guys for all of the info. I appreciate it!

I talked to my doctor. I had a regular annual OBGYN appointment in July and we wanted to get pregnant in November (1 year after our marriage). He gave me a prescription of vitamins for prenatal and told me to start taking them after my period ended in september. He also took me off of birth control in July. He told me to use condoms until after my October period. The his rule was to have sex about everyday in the weeks before and after ovulation (days 12-14 after my October period). We had sex almost every day after my October period until my November period started (Not as fun as it sounds). This, however, worked like a charm. In July we had a baby boy, Easton, a little small but healthy. Hope that helps. Just talk to your doctor... they know a lot about sex and cycles and will help to make sure that you are as healthy as possible when you conceive and deliver your baby.
