When I was in school I took childcare which teaches you about pregnancy, children growing up, stuff you need for a baby and also about conticetion. Just cause your on the pill doesn't mean your not going to get pregnant theres still a chance you will, and if he pulls out that mean nothing some still can come out. If you dont like what I said im not trying to be horrible im just trying to help.
and btw i was 14 when i fist got with my boyfriend and he was 19 although we wasnt sexually active for over a year, so i was 16 when we started having sex together cause he didnt want me to get pregnant at that age or for my parents to find out.

I was 18 when I got preg from antibiotic interference with oral birth control. The Dr. or Pharmacist did not tell me, must of thought I already knew.
I was very mature, played sports, honor roll student.

Life goes on. I'm now 31, with my hubby for 11 years, two babies and one on the way. God has blessed me and life is good.

I'm 21 years old and I have a 15 year old little sister. The thought of someone my age sleeping with my little sister makes me sick. I think the thought of it would make most of my guy friends sick too. It's not necessarily the 5 year age gap but it's the maturity level. At 15 your a sophomore in high school, how can you even start to relate to a 20 year old who's been out of high school for 2 years? your in two different places in your life. There is something wrong with a 20 year old MAN who has sex with a 15 year old GIRL period.

Unfortunately, it happens. My advice is to get a pregnancy test, if it is positive go to the doctors. I would be honest with your parents from the beginning. Discuss all your options, and remember that a baby is a RESPONSIBILITY, a living being that will look to you for everything. Having a baby will change your life dramatically and it will make completing your goals harder and put stress on your relationship with this 20 year old sicko.

I hope that this is just a scare and you come out of it a little more aware of the consequences your actions have.

I thought I was mature for my age at 15 also. It took being shot at by my ex to make me realize things have a way of shifting you back to reality. I think in your case if you are not pregnant this should serve as a lesson in being more responsible with your "habits" I've had alot of friends end up alone with babies they thought their boyfirends would help them take care of them(you'd be surprised at what guys will do when they are faced with fatherhood) and you have limited choices in the matter. I would suggest that in your case, you could try to locate a planned parenthood clinic in your area if that's not where you were getting your birth control in the first place. They'll give you a test and walk you through all the support programs offered in your area.

Hi, well I would say go to planned parenthood and they have free pregnancy tests. if you go to Planned parenthood dont tell them how old your boyfriend is because they are a mandated reporter. You are young but life happens. Just be careful I cant judge because I dont know you or your boyfriend but I hope you are a good judge of charecter and he is there for you if you are pregnant, either way you can research on the internet the side affects of the medicine you are on. possibly make sure the meds dont cause birth deffects for that matter. any ways good luck and i hope all is well. let me know I hope this helped you.

Hello, Im new to the board this is actually my first post. But I had to jump in here after reading all the reply's.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that u are not pg. At 15 you may think you are mature. But you have alot of growing up to do. Worry about finishing high school. Focus on getting good grades, and school activities, sports, after school clubs. It may sound lame to you, but these are the things you will miss from your teenage years when you are all grown up. N if your bf, really cares about you he would support all the above. N wait for you. But honey most (not all) but most men at 20 years old only want one thing from you and they will say *ANYTHING* they think u want to hear to get it from you. so just be carefull.
If in fact you are pg. there isnt much you can do about it, except talk to your parents. Go to the ob/gyn or planned parenting. Theres also a awsome program called pregnancy resource which will help you with councling, and baby clothing and diapers and baby furniture. There a great resource.
