Questions...please answer best to your knowledge! By SHeff 2 Years, 3 Months Ago Ok, so update on myself...still trying. Sunday is the earliest I can take a test and then of course we'll know later on next week if I'm preggers or not....CROSS YOUR FINGERS for us please!!!! But I've got a few questions that I was curious a/b.
1. When your almost a month into your pregnancy does anything feel weird with your body during weeks 1-3? Like besides getting sick b/c not everyone does...Or does it usually hit after the 4th week? 2. This is just a curious question...I know a few people who were preggers w/girls and don't get sick, but when they are pregnant w/boys they were sick...has anyone been sick when they've been pregnant w/girls? If not, or not as bad as being pregnant w/a boy, is it b/c the boy has testosterone and being in a female body it's not meshing well w/estrogen? Thanks for your time...I look forward to reading your answers

Re:Questions...please answer best to your knowledge! By Bexie_08 2 Years, 3 Months Ago My sister was hospitalized for vomiting with 2 of her pregnancies. One a boy and one a girl. Sex doesn't determine the puke.

Re:Questions...please answer best to your knowledge! By Emily_G 2 Years, 3 Months Ago I didn't start getting sick until week 6 of my pregnancy.
I haven't heard that with different sexes your nausea is worse or better....I have heard that with multiples it can be worse, cause your body is making double the hormone that triggers nausea.

Re:Questions...please answer best to your knowledge! By httemom 2 Years, 3 Months Ago Hello, I hope you test goes the way u want it too!! I am on my 4th pregnancy I have 2 girls and twin boys and baby girl on the way. I have puked with everyone of them. Usually by week 6 or 7 is when it hit me really hard. More so with the boys, because there were 2 of them. But with my girls I had morning sickness longer. Dont no if theres a reason just seemed to be that way. But everyone is diffrent.
Take Care, N let everyone no how your tests turns out. *Mary*

Re:Questions...please answer best to your knowledge! By CalandJay 2 Years, 3 Months Ago Hi there,
I hope your test turns out the way you want it. I've had two boys and I'm expecting my third, but don't know the sex yet. I haven't been sick on any of the pregnancies, have had a little nausia, but nothing too bad. Have had terrible headaches this time which I never had on the boys, but won't know until I find out. My sister has 2 boys and 2 girls and was really sick through all of them, so I don't think either sex makes a difference. Keep us posted. Good Luck. Sinead

Re:Questions...please answer best to your knowledge! By Alisamber 2 Years, 3 Months Ago Like the other posters said, there's probably nothing "scientific" about whether you're sick with boys or girls. It just depends so much on each woman. However, from all the stories I've heard it *seems* that people are much more sick when they are carrying girls than boys. Interesting, huh? One theory I have, too, is that if you are a petite, skinny little thing, you're much more prone to have morning sickness, BUT a much easier labor and delivery. If you're more stocky, big-boned, whatever, you're less likely to have any sickness but have a long, drawn out, more difficult labor and delivery. I swear it seems like that from all the people I know! Really weird! Well, best wishes that you're with child!
