Everyone gave you great advice, God really doesn't give us more than we can handle. It's definitely a shock! But everything will be ok! My advice is to tell Josh and your family and go from there. Take care!

Like everyone else has said, you need to tell Josh, by the sounds of it he's supportive and will stand by you.
If you can't tell him in person, maybe a letter of a text message may come in handy and let him come to you with his reaction. Don't stress to much, because the twins will feel your stress and may become stressed themselves.

As for the name, I like the idea of McKenzie after Ava, but I'm not too keen on the name Lauryl.
Don't forget to plan boy names as it may be two boys this time or two girls again or one of each.

Thanks for all your advice, I told Josh and he reacted better than I thought. We're telling our parents this weekend, should be interesting. I'm doing better, taking it day by day. That's all I can do at this point. I will be better once it sinks in a little more I'm just in so much shock. We're also going to Florida next weekend so hopefully we'll have fun and I will be feeling better by then.

Aw honey, I know how much of an amazing mum you are to Mia and were to Ava too. And, I remember you were a little worried last time too, you just need to give it time to sink in and for things to settle. It might not have been what you were expecting but I'm sure you'll be fine. Congratulations on your second set of twins, wow that is quite weird that it is twins again! I wish lots of luck, and remember that everything happens for a reason. You'll do just fine, when i first looked after my daughter Cadence i was so freaked out, and wondered how i would ever cope, but everything has turned out great.
