My daughter just turned 17 in Decemeber and she is having a baby girl in March.

-Drink plenty of water
-stay away from sugars
-don't take any medicine unless your doctor has told you otherwise including advil, over the counter medicine, vitamins, or even herbal remedies.
-no caffiene i.e soda, coffee, ect.
-Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables
-Get plenty of grains and meat
-you can feel the baby kicking around 20 weeks, thats also when you can tell the gender
-since your a teen and still growing you need more calories then an adult pregnant women does
-see a doctor as soon as possible
-if you experience morning sickness always keep saltine crackers around
-lots of fiber
-excericse. I'm not talking about running a marathon or anything, but taking a walk everyday or if you already excerise continue to do what your doing..
