like before i had my first son i was in track so i had liek heating pads.. so i'd put it on my back with a cloth around it
with my 3rd child i had another baby very close in age so i was carring a baby inside and out so what i would do is just basicly water board my belly for hours also another thing you can do which really helped me was going to prenatal yoga

changing positions is a good idea, and lie on your side with a pillow behind you. i can really sympathise because i have scoliosis and im 71/2 months pregnant.

Man i stuggle with back pain everyday. it sux but theres nothing you can do..just stay off laying on your back..try a back heater..and lay on your side..
