Boyfriends & Mood Swings
By Trentons_Mommy 5 Months, 2 Weeks Ago
Let me start off by saying my boyfriend is the most wonderful person ever. But now he acts like he's afraid of me. My mood swings are horrible. I don't mean to yell at him but the simple things really erk my nerves. He fixed me lunch one day and I start crying because I didn't have any orange soda. He thought that he had done some thing wrong and apologized all day. Him apologizing was sweet but I told him that it wasn't his fault. He continued to apologize. It began to irritate me, so I start fussing. I don't know what to do. He def. doesn't know what to do. Do you have any advice for us? thank you for your time!

i am not sure if this advice can help but during my pregnancy i suffered from mood swings and it can take something little to upset or irritate you but you have to remember that your body is under a huge amount of stress and your hormones are out of balance ITS NOT YOUR FAULT. and when you feel all knotted up it is a good idea to go for a walk (predictable i know)or do something that involves making you happy. if you are happy the baby is. during my prgnancy i enjoyed prenatal yoga and that truly helped. But don't forget the bf making him happy makes you happy and he will do the same. hope this has helped x
