has anyone used rasberry leaf tea while pregnant and if so what do they think about it did it help with labour as i am very scared of it 3rd time around.........

i know someone who had rasberry leaf tea 4 weeks before thier baby was due and she was only in labour for 2 hours. but it was her first child so whether she just had an easy labour or it really helped. it loosens your muscles in your uterus or something i think so makes labour easier apparently. (i havent had a baby yet though so only saying what ive been told)just make sure you have it every day 4 weeks before your due date and not before then. im 3 months pregnant now and will definately try it. i mean theres no harm in trying anything you can to make labour a little easier is there???

I drank Raspberry Tea before the birth of my 1st child. I delivered 1 1/2 hours after my water broke and did not get an epidural. I am not sure if the tea had anything to do with it...but heck it can't hurt right!?!
