Thank you all! That does help! It's so confusing; it's like the "rules" change everyday. I can't keep up.

I was told when I was preggo that its very very healthy to eat cheese of course only if its pasterized. Its very normal to be afraid of what you eat during your first pregnancy, once I was cooking and oil splattered on my big belly and was so freaked that it hurt ny baby and that it was burning him lol so I called my mom and she just laughed at me cus she said that he was so pertected that he didnt even feel of course now I do think that was funny

I ate a lot seafoods also when i was pregnant with my 2 girls and they're both healthy and doing well in school. I guess its ok to eat seafoods as long as you cook them very well.

Brandi3680, fish is my favorite, too- any kind of fish, and any kind of seafood! When I was pregnant, I ate Grouper several times before I realized that certain types of fish I wasn't supposed to be eating. My baby turned out fine. I don't know if Grouper was one of those kinds of fish to avoid; does anyone else know? I also ate fried oysters and shrimp. Has anyone ever heard anything about that? I guess it was okay, since my son is healthy!
