It is usually some water that you are retaining. The swelling will go away!

I don't know what science has proven, but with both my girls, my feet were so swollen. When I left the hospital with my 2nd daughter, I honestly didn't even recognize my feet. They were disgusting. I couldn't fit them into any shoes. I didn't go anywhere for a few days until the swelling went down. Since my 2nd, I have grown one shoe size. Nothing changed with my first. And I am halfway done with my 3rd pregnancy and so far no feet changes

Thats what happened to my mom when she had me. Mostly because I was a big baby.

My feet did swell and go back to normal but I have heard that some women's feet change forever.
