What was the first pregnancy symptom that you felt? How early was it? Just curious if its possible to feel symptoms as early as a week after conception.

about my first week /second week i felt very tired all the time, and hungry more often ..

Funny to see another Q about this. I actually posted a similar question a few weeks ago. I also had symptoms very early. Headache, abdominal cramps and even nausea but they disappeared after a week. Now they came back like for 3 days already. I'm still waiting for 3 more days to do another test. Did a blood test yesterday coz i was so excited with all the symptoms i was feeling I just want to know if i'm pregnant already but the test came back negative. My period is supposed to arrive today until the 27th. So, we've decided not to do anymore tests until then. I'll let you know the development if any

P.S. I've read somewhere that thinking so much about getting pregnant can sometimes cause our body to feel pregnant hehehe! But I believe in positive thinking
