How long does it take to pop out on the first one? It takes awhile and when it does it wont stop growing! even really skinny girls dont start showing till later on. Everyone is different. I was the size of a house, but I had a friend that looked like she was carrying a small basketball under her shirt (and that was at 8 month pregnant)!
