Natalia (Visitor)   sleeping upside down By Natalia 4 Months, 1 Week Ago hello, So recently I've had strange sleeping habits and can only get to sleep when I'm upsidedown, like my head on the pillow and my legs almost all the way up in the air, it's kind of like I'm doing a headstand/shoulder stand but not really. Is that safe?
