What do you do about constipation when you are pregnant? And can constipation be a sign of pregnancy?

I d'ont know if constipation is a sign of pregnancy but drink some prune juice that should help

my doctor told me to use senokot. It's OTC and not expensive. It's a natural vegatable laxative that doesnt leave you in the bathroom for hours. It works for me, it stimulates one good bowel movement, and it works over night. Here is what the website says about it.
