Could be because your sugar is low and need to eat a little for baby.

Oh no, I'm not pregnant. I am thinking I might be and I didnt know if dizziness could be a symptom of early pregnancy. Sorry, maybe I should have explained it a little better.

YES, DIZZINESS CAN B A SYMPTOM I HAD VERY LOW BLOOD PRESSURE WHEN I WAS PREGNANT WITH MY DAUGHTER, SO THAT MADE ME FEEL DIZZY ALL THE TIME

dizziness is one of the many possible symptoms, like em sed it could b low blood pressure but if ur a bit queezy and not eating enough that could b the problem...
just try and stay off ur feet when u feel that way ,

Hey everyone! Wow, I'm glad I was already laying down when I got dizzy! It was so weird, but I dont understand why I got dizzy when I was sleeping, and no I wasnt dreaming it It really happend! But thanks for all the information, I did not know dizziness could be a sign, Well if I am I am, I will be happy! But I just dont feel like I am. As far as symptoms, I have only had indigestion like every time I eat something, and the dizziness thing. Well, you guys really helped me out! Thanks so much!
