we are trying to have another baby, we have been trying for 3 years now and im beginning to lose all hope of it ever happening again,.
can anyone impart any tips/wisdom on trying to have a baby?
i cant go through IVF as we cannot afford that avenue.

You have my sympathy, I know how frustrating trying to conceive can be. Every month is a heartbreak. When we were having trouble conceiving our first child, we went to GNC (a health suppliment store) and aked for advice. The lady there recommended my husband take something called "Udo's Oil". We were pregnant within a month. I think it is worth a try! Other than that, spend ten minutes with your ankles beside your ears after intercourse and try to get the swimmers where they need to go. Hey! The only thing I know for you to do is, start trying on the 12th day after your period starts. 12th or 14th, thats when women usually start to ovulate, and that is the most fertile time for you. I would start on the 12th day after your period comes on, and then try again on the 14th, and 16th, and so on. Skip every other day because if you do it every day his semen isn't going to be as strong enough to help produce as it would be if you do it every other day and let it build back up again. You may have already heard of this or tried it, but it should work if you stick to it, eventually. And another thing for him, (every one laughs about me saying this all the time but its so true!) His balls are more fertile if they are cold! So make sure they are cold and tight! LOL! Sorry, but they are more fertile like that! Well, I wish you the best and just keep trying dont give up!
