Well said, MrsSerrato! You are right, it isn't a woman's body to do with what she wants, it is a separate human being and the terms used are copouts! And the baby does feel pain when it is aborted-there are videos of it being done and you can see how the baby flenches and tries to wiggle away from the instruments that are killing it! So, so sad that people are doing this to sweet little innocent babies! Abortion is selfish and cruel, and it is murder!

Sorry, but that doesn't make any sense. "I can't get pregnant, so you are not allowed to have an abortion." Nah, it doesn't work.

And as to those who use the God/Jesus resons: not everyone is Christian. So for those people who aren't Christian, abortion is ok, for those who are, abortion is not ok. Deal?

This is very delicate. I wouldn't usually express my opinion cause I don't like oppressive atmosphere... but I have to say something.
I'm not Christian but I take questions of life and death seriously. That's why I'm pro-choice. I know that most of people here don't accept the reasons why people are pro-choice because they think abortion is killing of an innocent life. But what about ruining an innocent life? Why should be child brought to this cruel world without almost any chance of love, comfort and happiness? And you can say - you don't know it... there's still hope but with every obstacle (emotional or material) the chance of happy and content life derogates. Why should children suffer. There are so many abused and abandoned children in our world. I don't think we should add more suffer to this world - that's unnecessary. And questioning the choice of raped woman? That's almost ridiculous, sorry. I think - this question is not easy. It's not easy to end an existence - or a life - inside your body, but I really do thing there should be this choice.
I say prevention is what we need - to prevent unwanted pregnancies. I also think every single woman in this situation should think about the choice deeply. To take questions of life seriously. But, in the end, to have The Choice.
That's my opinion.

I too was asked about aborting my 4th child, by my husband. My "baby" boy is 22 years old and the apple of my eye, the beat of my heart.
I personally could never do it. I believe in life at conception.
