Well, having a baby while still being a child yourself and in high school is not the ideal situation, but since you've chosen to keep it, STAY IN SCHOOL!
Do NOT drop out. You'll highly regret it.
You need to graduate high school and go to college afterwards. Get a degree in whatever you choose so you can get a good job in the future. You don't want to be dependent on any man and you do not want to be working a minimum wage job that can barely feed your family. Education is the key, and only education will give you a bright future with many opportunities.
Your parents will always be there for you and your children, so you don't want to worry about that. I'm sure they'll be more than happy to babysit when you are busy and help you with any financial problems while you are still young and sorting out your life.
Good luck and don't worry. You may be young, but motherhood comes naturally. As soon as your babies are born, you'll be a changed woman. Your maternal instincts will kick in and everything will be okay.
