I've been trying for two years to get pregnant and still no luck. I have been off birth control since 2005. I have somewhat irregular cycles. Has anyone else had this problem? I need advice. I desperately want kids.

My heart goes out to you. It is such a hard thing. Have you seen an OBGYN? Check your insurance benefits... many now provide coverage for infertility testing. It is a hard thing to face, but at least then you know what your dealing with. I have also heard that meditation, loosing weight if you are overweight, reducing stress and taking folic acid are all helpful, but not necessarily cure-all's... so seeing a specialist is probably your best bet. A friend of mine went through the same thing. She was trying for two years to have a child and had no luck. She adopted a little girl and then a year later she got pregnant. The best advice she gives is just to relax and avoid stress. Best of luck

I would say do not get stressed about it, because usually when u want something really bad u cant get it, but when your not trying you get it Do u see what I'm saying? So just go on about your life and it will happen when you don't expect it. But I would go see a doctor about the situation. Good luck to ya!

I agree you should go see your doctor. I know I was to impatient to just wait for pregnacy to happen so I track my ovulation and it work. I planned on getting pregant in February 2006 and I did.

Wow! Does that tell u when the best time is for u to get pregnant?
