my daughter peyton amber wont eat anything but milk.she will eat any kind of milk just not baby food.she is only a few months old but at the age when she should start eating baby food like Gerber etc.so i went to my doctor and she told me to try this special kind but she would not eat it.im starting to get concerned because she is gaining weight shes slowley losing weight. Thats not good for and infant. if you happen to know any good fod food for young ones please let me know. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear that Taylor. I don't know what to say because I have never been in that situation before. Maybe she will start eating it when she gets hungry enough. Wow that must be a struggle! Good Luck to ya!

Hey Taylor! How the baby doing now? Has she started eating?

Does she seem to get sick to her stomach when she does eat? She could have acid reflux and your doctor can check into that more. Another suggestion would be to put baby cereal in her bottle and cut a bigger hole in the nipple to allow her to suck it out. I know doctors don't usually like that, but it may help her gain weight. My son did not associate baby food w/being fed at first either. It wasn't so much that he didn't like the taste of the baby food, it just seemed like he was mad because he was expecting a bottle when he got hungry and couldn't figure out why we weren't feeding him a bottle. He associated the bottle with dinner. Once he figured out that the baby food soothed his hunger, he got over his crankyness. Hang in there. She will get it.

Your baby will eat her food when shes ready, she may be getting everything she needs from her milk and may feel too full to eat on top of milk?
