Just wanted to know about quick weight loss after giving birth - is drinking a lot of water helpful?

All I know is to exercise!!! And I'm sure water would be very helpful!

lots of water..but dont drink more than a gallon a day!
take walks with your baby, but not high endurance for at least 3 monthes!
stay away from fried food
and 6 moths after birth start going to kick boxing... i did it with my 1st three and it worked great
ps stay positive!

I struggled with my weight forever, looking for gimmicks tricks etc. The ONLY way to lose weight is to do cardio and eat less. Sorry but the bright side is this: Once you get in the habit and see your body changing it is addictive. Do this: take one hour a day and focus on your weight loss, Run, walk, swim, take a class or what ever it takes to get off your butt and move. This is harsh but believe me it's true. Good luck.
