Re:Your Child's Future???
By BritDad 5 Months, 2 Weeks Ago
As my kids are getting older i've considered their futures. our 12 year old Alexis is very nurturing so i can see her being a doctor, nurse or teacher. She loves to care for others so those would be good jobs for her. our 10 year old Christine loves music so hopefully she can become a musician of some sort or a composer or something along those lines. She loves dancing too, so who knows. Our 7 and a half year old Jessica is currently all about horses. She loves riding so i could see her wanting to compete in equestrian competitions, or owning a horse farm or something like that. Maybe she will be a vet. She also loves science so maybe she will be some sort of scientist. Beth is 5 and shes really into everything under the sun. shes our free spirited child so who knows where life will take her, hopefully somewhere good. Will is 2 and a half and hes always been into block and stacking and organizing things. I have a feeling he could be an architect or an engineer. our main concern though is that we provide them with the tools to pursue whatever future they decide to pursue

My eldest wants to be a superhero to but he was a bit more specific he wants to be spiderman lol

I want my children to grow up and be succesful in whatever they do.

so long as my children are healthy , happy and determined, then im happy, i will support them in anything they endeavor to do,.
thats not to say i dont have my dreams for them, but its not my life and i would hate to make them think that i wanted them to be something they are not,but i do try and instill a strong sense of self and a good work ethic..
they LOVE school so thats a good start..
im just enjoying the here and now, they dont stay young very long and that a precious time

i would be happy if my boys grew up to achieve their dreams and were happy, but my husband and i are very athletic with myself having played a national team level, i would love to see my sons follow my footsteps and play at a high level of support, but they are only 3 weeks old and i would be happy to support them in what ever they choose, whether it be a doctor or a manager at maccas as long as they are happy i would be happy also

I have thought about it but now I am just think that what ever they want to be is fine with me as long as they are happy, I would like for them to like something that earns a good pay to suport a family and get them any thing they want. But i wan them to like what they do.
